We are looking for a Project/Pre-Sales Manager:
Description
As Project / Pre-Sales Manager you will closely collaborate with customers, sales managers, internal colleagues to meet the right requirements towards setting up and configuring new LUMA instances.
Starting from the business rules, requested workflow by customers and graphical designs you’re responsible for the set-up of new LUMA customers, preparation of templates in LUMA compliant with the LUMA software functionality, train & support the supervisors and users in the after sales process.
You’ll work closely with our production- as well as the product/development team to deliver the best quality on time. As such you will provide feedback on future product improvements.
Profile
- A (Bachelor or Master) degree in graphic arts or informatics, with 2 to 4 years experience in similar job
- Besides good pre-press skills, you master basic web and IT skills, you have affinity with (prepress) automation.
- French native speaking with fluent English
- You’re a team player who is service & solution oriented, a good communicator, and know how to organize your work. You’re flexible and stress-resistant
